género binario
  8

"Gender binary". Gender binarism points out the proper and intrinsic characteristics of the human being as representative of the masculine and feminine, excluding the existence of others, understanding that every human physical trait can be measured only as masculine or feminine. It has scientific, biological and sociological bases. In contrast to this universal school of thought is the so-called "gender ideology" strongly criticized by Pope Francis. See "gender ideology".

It should be understood by 'gender' ('distinction by sex'), and 'binary' ('composed of two elements'), although one must assimilate the biological concept of two sexes against the identitarian, which may be broader, to understand where this phrase was invented from.
